How do I register for retail Internet banking?

Now customers having at least one account can register online for retail internet
banking facility:

To register for Internet Banking facility:

 Click on Net Banking Registration in Online Services section and submit the
details in the registration form

 After 2 working days, IB facilities will be activated against your registration then
follow the below steps to generate your login credentials:

(Below section is valid only for those customers who are having Dena Bank ATM
card)

Step:1 In the Dena Bank home page, click on following icon for Internet Banking:

Step:2 Then click on personal login and First Time Login option thereafter.

Step: 3 Enter your user id (provided by the branch at the time of A/C opening) and
account no..and click on submit button:

Step:4 You need to simply enter the following details of Dena Bank ATM card and click
on validate button.
Enter your card details (ATM cum DEBIT Card / Insta Card / Gold Card)
Debit Card Number: The 16 digit number printed on your card.
ATM PIN: 4 digits PIN that is used on ATMs to withdraw Cash
Expiry Date: Date Printed on the card in MM/YY format.

Step:5 After validating the details of ATM card, it will redirect you to following screen.
Now click on the PROCEED button to generate the One Time Password (OTP). This OTP will
be sent to the registered mobile number in FINACLE. On correct entry of the OTP click on
Confirm to proceed further

Step: 6 After putting in OTP, you will be given option to SET your login password and
transaction password as per below screen:

Step: 7 Click on the checkbox for either setting login or transaction password or click on both to
create both the passwords. Set a new login & transaction password as a combination of
alphabets, number & special characters at least 8 character long.

Step: 8 Congratulation, now you can login in Dena bank Internet banking. As soon you
enter the login password, select the checkbox to accept the internet banking terms and
conditions and click the submit button.

If you don’t have an ATM card:

If you don’t have an ATM card, Internet banking passwords will be provided by the
branch.
