&
TAGGING

Introduction
Total Solutions Group (TSG) is a leading management
consulting firm in Delhi having over a decade long experience
& presence across all major cities in India.
TSG has been advising various Organizations on how to
implement the best standards with respect to Fixed Assets
Management to ensure proper control and validation of assets.
TSG has been an expert in the field of asset management and
covers all assets including software assets and through
periodic checks to ensure that all assets are verified and
mapped with the fixed asset register maintained by the
organization.
Identified assets are further tagged to locate them in future as
well.

Physical Verification
TSI will share standard format of details to be checked by auditor
for every asset with FAR of particular branch.
Auditor will visit the branch with the Authorization letter.
Auditor will verify all the details of assets and capture where no
details mentioned in the shared FAR.
Auditor will identify the Short and Excess assets found on
comparing with the FAR sent.

Tagging
TSI will dispatch the tags to the respective branch
Tag to be pasted on the same place on the particular Asset at PAN
India Level which will be shared by TBSI.
Auditor will tag the assets in the branch with the ground support
provided by the Branch SPOC.
Auditor will take the Picture of the assets and note the relevant
details

Updation in TSI Portal

Auditor will login with the ID and password on TSI Portal shared
by TSI.
Auditor will update the Portal with all verified details, tag number
and pictures on the same day of Verification & tagging.
Auditor will update his Name and Status of assets as Matched/
Disposable/ Short/ Excess in columns provided in TSI Portal.
Auditor will take the sign-offs from Branch SPOC and forward it to
TSI.
