ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVES

METHOD

I focused on three projects


through out my internship:
a.Calculated a marketing budget
for our new promotion: Dental
offers to providers.
b.Assisted in creating new
business segmenls on our online
software called Connect.
c. Worked on increasing and
enhancing client relationships.

1.Gain an understanding of business


operations and assist in creating new
online business segments.
2.Produce spreadsheets to analyze
budgest calculate ROI for new marketing
channels and promotions. Employ A-B
testing of business and marketing
campaigns.
3.Enhance communication and project
management skills by developing
partnerships with providers.

a.I used Excel for the calculation of


annual budget and ROI analysis. I
consulted CareClub membership
spreadsheet to gather data and
numbers.
b.I researched different online
platforms for healthcare services to
include new feaures via Connect.
c.I called and arranged meetings
with highly interested clients.

RESULTS/FINDINGS
The ROI analysis ratio was
positive. Then, I estimated the
number of potential customers
that would yeild a proft and allow
us to provide appropriate salries
for sales personnel. After
calculation, we need 30 new
accounts out of 300 at a cost of
$230.
After my research, we concluded
that the best feature to include in
Online Care Club will be instant
messaging and points system for
providers.
I reached out to providers of
different specialties nationally.

Acknowledgements

CONCLUSIONS
Dental offers to providers allows the dentists in
the DFW metroplex to post their offers and
discounts on CareClub online platform to
garner more patients and exposure. If we
pursue, this promotion then we can hire
outbound sales personnel to gain highly
interested providers to do business with us.
The instant messaging feature will allow our
patients and providers to connect with each
other. Additionally, the points system will be an
incentive for providers to have an updated
profile on our directory and interact with
patients..
I figured out that the best way to peak the
interest is by periodic contact via different
media.
