10. Abuse of power by large supermarkets operating in the European Union

(written declaration)
Written declaration 0088/2007 submitted by Caroline Lucas, Gyula Hegyi, Janusz Wojciechowski, Harlem
Dsir and Hlne Flautre on investigating and remedying the abuse of power by large supermarkets operating in the European Union had been signed by the majority of Parliament's component Members. Consequently, in accordance with Rule 116(4), it would be forwarded to its addressees and published, together
with the names of the signatories, in the Texts Adopted of the sitting of 19.02.2008.

11. Texts of agreements forwarded by the Council

The Council had forwarded certified true copies of the following:
Proces-verbal of rectification to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European
Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Albania, of the other part;
Proces-verbal of rectification to the Agreement, signed at Luxembourg on 25 June 2005, amending the
Partnership Agreement between the members of the African, Caribbean and Pacific Group of States,
of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, signed in
Cotonou on 23 June 2000.
