MANIFESTATION AND MOTION
The Petitioner, by the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable Court,
most respectfully manifests and avers that:
1. The petitioner is supposed to present her evidence ex-parte to support
the instant petition.
2. However, the owners duplicate copies of TRANSFER
CERTIFICATES OF TITLE (TCT) NOS. T-20XXX, T-1XX, and
T-32XXX were finally found.
3. That the owners duplicate copies of TRANSFER CERTIFICATES
OF TITLE (TCT) NOS. T-20XXX, T-1XXX, and T-32XX were
discovered to have been kept at the safety vault of their bank, and
that petitioner when she executed the affidavit of loss and the
consequent filing of the instant petition, merely relied on her
recollection and on her honest belief that these titles were placed and
kept in the cabinet of their house.
4. With the foregoing development, petitioner find it proper to move for
the dismissal of the instant petition on the ground that the subject
owners copies of TCT NOS. T-20XXXX, T-1XX, and T-32XX
were already found out and are now in the possession and
safekeeping of the petitioner.
WHEREFORE, with the foregoing premises, it is most respectfully
prayed of this Honorable Court that judgment be rendered dismissing the
petition.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises, are likewise prayed
for.
