All work will be completed individually, in pairs, and in larger groups. It is


expected that you participate and work to the best of your ability at all times.
You are responsible for your own learning and it is your responsibility to get all
work that was missed for whatever reason.
In accordance with SRS administrative policy, ALL of your essential work
needs to be completed in order to receive a report card grade. If any
work is incomplete, your report card will show no mark available until
the work is received. The pass mark for this course is 60%
Extra Help will be offered on request during lunch hours, study block, or after
school. Please see me to make arrangements for help if you are having difficulty
with any of the topics.

Stay up to date with what is going on in our community, our country and
around the world
Ask for help right away if you dont understand (dont wait until you feel
overwhelmed).

This course is also offered as a Dual Credit course with Holland Collage, it is
recognized by The Department of Education and Early Childhood Development
and Holland Collage. Dual credit refers to a course where high school students
earn both high school and post-secondary credits concurrently for the same
course. All students who has successfully completed ECO621A, and have a grade
of 60% or greater, will be exempt from taking the equivalent course at Holland
Collage (Business 2030). There is a form that accompanies the recognition and
can be collected at the end of the course.
