Women's Opportunity Award Violet Richardson Award
A cash award that improves the lives of women and A recognition program for young women ages
their families, by giving them the resources needed to 14-17 engaged in volunteer action within their communities or
enhance their education, skills and employment schools. The award is given to young women whose activities
prospects. make the community and world a better place.

Soroptimists STOP Trafficking SI Tijuana Centro Project


The United States Senate has designated January 11 as Supporting the maintenance and expansion for the Soroptimist

Our Future
The main focus of our service projects is to help women and girls at risk, including girls recently emancipated from
the foster care system. A long-term capital campaign is underway to purchase transitional housing units for local
