We, Loudette Bilasonn, Shania Faith Loveres, Cherrylyn Sakay and Anna Lyn
Yepes, second year students of Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila under
the program of Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering taking Technical
Communication as our course writing this letter to you to present a proposal,
which can be mutually beneficial for us and will enable us to improve the
knowledge and performances of the students and the university. Kindly have
a look at the enclosed plan, a gist of which is provided below.
Madame, we aim to maximize the use of some facilities and rooms of PLM for
the students to feel comfortable to study inside the university. We are
targeting to finish this project in 2 months, at maximum, with 4 phases. In
each phases, we will be working on to renovate one place at a time. We are
also open for your suggestions upon this proposal.
If you agree, we would like to have a meeting with you to further explain our
