TEAM PROJECT EXPERIENCE
Cabell Lincoln Work Camp Volunteer June 2009 and June 2011
Twice attended a week-long mission trip in rural West Virginia to perform construction for
needy residents. Under supervisor, was placed in charge of other volunteers in both
situations, to enact extensive restoration of a houses vital aspects: flooring, roofing, siding.
School
Multiple projects in high school and college involved working in groups of peers to meet a
goal. Real life problems such as deadline, budget, client meetings, changing product
specifications, time management, role assignment, mediation, decision-making processes,
sketching and presentation skills. Completed CSM course Epics I developing a unique product,
and Epics II determining source of revenue loss for a real company.
Work Competencies
Able to break a project or process into logical parts, plan appropriate steps and work
methodically toward an intended outcome. As needed am likely to step in to take charge
of and lead situation in which I am experienced. Very hard worker, regularly going above

and beyond necessary requirements. Very enthusiastic to help others, make sure they are
up to speed. Am helpful, friendly, service oriented. Respectful and mindful of authority.
