is written respectfully on behalf of Mrs. Rebecca Lombardo,

currently a building substitute teacher in the South Allegheny School District. It is a pleasure to
recommend her for a teaching position, and she would be a tremendous asset to your staff.
As a fifth grade teacher, I have the opportunity

to work with many substitute teachers. I

observed Mrs. Lombardo both in my classroom and in the building.

In addition, she was a

member of the fifth grade team when she served as a long-term substitute for the Language
Arts teacher.

Mrs. Lombardo emanates enthusiasm and passion for teaching. She understands

how children learn and develop and plans many meaningful, hands-on lessons that engage
children in learning. Mrs. Lombardo is a natural educator.
Mrs. Lombardo collaboratively

worked with me on several lessons. She is a team player and is

willing to learn. She contributes ideas and her talents willingly and exhibits professionalism.

addition, her rapport with staff, students and . parents is outstanding.
