Ingredients Needed:
Coconut 2 tablespoons
Oil 2 tsp
Salt to Taste.
Coconut
Red Chillies
Cinnamon Stick

Method
1. Cook white peas in Pressure cooker - till done.
2. In a Kadai, Heat oil splutter mustard seeds and add cooked peas.
3. Saute for a while and add the grinded paste and Cook for a minute.
4. Then add chopped Raw Mango pieces, Onion, Green Chillies, Grated carrot and
mix well
5. Squeeze some lemon juice and Garnish with coriander leaves.

Ingredients:
Bread pieces - 3 to 4
Salt - to taste
Egg - 1
Oil - 1 cup
Preparation Method
1. Cut the bread into small pieces.
2. Mix the ingredients from second to the eight.
3. Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
Note: Cheese can be added to make it tasty Cheese Bread Patties

Ingredients
Besan - 1 cup,
Salt to taste
Method
1. Mix a cup of besan, rice flour, corn four, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder,
baking soda and salt and enough water to make a thick paste.
2. Blanch paneer pieces for 5 mts in hot water and drain.
3. Heat oil for deep frying in a heavy bottomed vessel, dip each paneer piece in the
prepared pakoda batter such that it is coated on all sides and place in the hot oil.
4. Deep fry on medium flame to a golden brown shade
5. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney
