Experimental development
-Diode junction voltage
Measure the voltage in direct polarization of different diodes with a multimeter, set the
multimeter on the diode option, and set the points as shown in the figure and record the
readings in the table.

Now measure the voltage in reverse bias of different diodes with a multimeter, leave the
multimeter on the diode option, and set the points as shown in the figure and record the
readings in the table.

Assemble the following circuit as shown in the figure, with the different didodos and vary
the voltage of the power supply of 0.2 to 0.2 in the range of voltages shown in the table
according to the type dediodo and registers current of each diodes in the table.

Note: where a line must not perform any measurement to prevent damage appears diode.

With the data obtained, perform graphs of voltage and current of each of the diodes.

During the writing of this practice we realized that the diodes spite of being visibly
identical functionality to the circuits is different, for example, green and white LEDs shows
different current values.
