This is to bring your kind notice that; I am having above mentioned
land line phone since more than 10 years. Now I have no more need of the
aforesaid line. Please note that, I have paid the last bill for the period from
13-06-2015 to 12-07-2015 by ch. No. 100 dt 20-07-2015 for Rs. 285/(Rupees Two Hundred Eighty Five Only). And I am ready to pay next bill
balance amount from 13-07-2015 to till date.
Under the circumstance kindly arrange to disconnect my above
landline phone as soon as possible.
