The data will be communicated to the existing LIS through a common table
The existing LIS/HIS will have to pick up these values and update it.
5. To achieve successful integration of existing system, the vendor needs to provide the
necessary information to PCS to carry out the tasks
6. The costs does not include any hardware, operating system or such 3rd party
softwares
7. Implementation will include onetime training to the concerned personnels
Validity of the proposal is 15 days

Payment Terms
50% advance of the PO value
20 % after master creation
20 % after implementation at main centre
10 % after remaining centres
All Cheques/DD in favour of PCS Technology Ltd (company of Patni Ltd)
