Therefore some important points are mention below as:- 1) I say that the First Notice Issued on name of Deceased Mr. Sharad Bhogilal Shah on date 17-3-1991 behalf of Verifying Proofs Document related to Plot No: 56, CTS No: 4264 of Survey No: 47, is totally bogus & Fake. Because on Date 17-3-1991 it is Sunday. Therefore according to its Act & Rules No Govt Dept regarding Land, issue any Legal Notice or verify any Document as well as Plots on Sunday. Hence it is cleared the Whole Jacket form is Fake & Duplicate. 2) I say that the said Certain Jacket Form is Given Support of ill-legal Created Duplicate & Fake Court order, Violating Acts in respect to Concern, Third Joint Civil Judge [Senior Division] Pune Session Court. Therefore it is very Disgusting Disrespect to our Sovereign Country India. Hence Local Administration & Concerns are hiding Criminals to keep secret of offence done by own themselves. Hence these White Color Criminals should be nabbed immediately in matter of attempting Contempt to Court in respect to Constitution of India. 3) Therefore the Application Submitted on 12-3-1991 behalf of City Survey Extract Entry by Sharad Shah is rejected in respect of No Stamp Ticket was precede. Hence this is done for escaping easily by involved Concern Govt Officer from done Conspiracy. Hence any Judicial Dept issues any inquiry order for certain application, according to pertain Date certain inquiry will go to that particular Citizen who was in charge at that period of 12-3-1991 & therefore if he is unknown about certain conspiracy, then how real criminal will come in front. 4) I say that there should be a stick remedial inquiry with necessary action, against such Violation against Constitution of India.
