    Dear Mr. and Mrs. Washington:
    You indicated in our phone conversation today that you would like to lease the
    property at 8 Second Avenue. As I mentioned to you in my previous letter and over
    the telephone today, I think it should meet your needs perfectly.
    Of course, I would want you to see the home once more before we sign the
    necessary papers. I will plan on meeting you, Mr. and Mrs. Washington, next
    Tuesday which was the date you indicated was best for you I will call you on Monday
    to confirm a time.
    If you know of others who have residential property needs, I would appreciate your
    recommending our company to them we are always here to help people find their
    home in the greater Athens area.
