Construction Schedule

As a minimum, the following elements are contained as per the Indicative Construction Schedule and
schedule should be in sectional completion basis:

Schedule in MS Project (submit both hard and soft copy)

Securing of Permits

Establishment of Store/ Stockyard to store pipe, fittings, appurtenances and other

construction material

Delivery schedules for pipeline materials, with all pipeline materials on site within
scheduled time of the contract

Establishment of Concrete Batching unit

Utility relocation

Pipe laying schedule by location (maximum 800 to 1000m segments), with all pipe laying
activities completed three months before the end of the contract period

Shuttering and Scaffoldings works

Reservoir/s construction

Leakage test of reservoirs

Pipeline testing and disinfection
