LITASCO is requesting proposals for provision of SAP ETRM System support services remotely
1. Introduction
LITASCO is looking to contract a company, which can provide remote support of the LITASCO ETRM
(Energy Trading and Risk Management) application, integrated within the SAP platform (SAP ERP 6.0
EHP7).
2. Responsibilities
The team of consultants and ABAP developers, qualified to support the custom built ETRM system on the
SAP basis, able to provide remote user support, solve system issues and make system changes at the
clients request, up to full time equivalent, in the following functional areas:

SAP ETRM Front End Physical Deals

SAP ETRM Logistics Operations (Voyages, Storages, Cost Management , Inventory);
SAP ETRM Logistics Accounting (Cost Management, SAP MM/SD, Invoicing, Accruals)
SAP ETRM Controlling

3. Qualified Applicants
To be qualified for contract award, the Applicant must demonstrate to the Employer that it can provide
the professionals, satisfying the requirements as follows:
3.1. SAP ETRM Front End Specialist Physical Deals
Has experience in energy trading industry;

Has the following specific experience:

o

SAP Commodity Management: CPE, LO-TRM integration, Exposure Management;

Oil pricing including EFP, trigger and complex pricing;

SAP Material Management: Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material

Valuation; Purchasing; Pricing;

SAP Sales and Distribution: Pricing, Sales, Billing;

Integration SAP LO-FI-CO;

Specific objects and functionality: trading book structure, physical deal objects, pricing
(commodity pricing, escalations, floating pricing), tanks and storages, trading inventory
and its valuation, voyages, stock exposure, trading transactional data migration
approach, contract approvals/validations, notifications, audit changes, print forms.

3.2. SAP ETRM Logistics Operations

Has experience in energy trading industry;

Has the following specific experience:

SAP Logistics General: Batch Management;

SAP Material Management: Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material

Valuation; Purchasing; Pricing;

SAP Sales and Distribution: Pricing, Sales, Billing;

SAP Logistics Execution: Shipping, Transportation;

SAP Commodity Management: CPE, LO-TRM integration, Exposure Management;

Integration SAP LO-FI-CO;

Specific objects and functionality: trading book structure, physical deal objects, tanks
and storages, trading inventory and its valuation, stock transfers, voyages, stock
exposure, refining and trading interaction, refining process.

3.3. SAP ETRM Logistics Accounting

Has experience in energy trading industry;

Has the following specific experience:

o

SAP Logistics user-exits, customer exits, BADI, enhancement points;

SAP Dialog programming, ALV Grid;

SAP Background jobs;

SAP Interactive and Classical Reports;

SAP Code optimization;

SAP Integration with MS Office, smart forms, adobe forms;

IDocs and Data Migration;

SAP Logistics General;

SAP Material Management: Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Material;

Valuation; Purchasing;

SAP Sales and Distribution: Pricing, Sales, Billing;

SAP Logistics Execution: Shipping, Transportation;

Integration SAP LO-FI-CO;

Specific objects and functionality: trading book structure, cost deals, tanks and trading
storages, trading Inventory and its valuation, invoices, accruals.

3.4. SAP ETRM Controlling Specialist

Has experience in energy trading industry;

Has the following specific experience:

o

CO-OM Overhead Cost Controlling: Activity-Based Costing, Activity Types, Cost Center
Accounting, Cost Element Accounting, Overhead Orders

CO-PA Profitability Analysis

CO -PC Product Cost Controlling including Actual costing/Material ledger, Alternative

Valuation run, Cost Component Split

Project System including PS-ST-WBS Work Breakdown Structure, Valuated Special Stocks

Controlling Transfer Prices;

SAP Profit Center Accounting;

SAP FI Financial Accounting including New General Ledger functionality

Integration SAP LO Logistics Integration SAP ERP-ETRM;

End of Month closing procedure: monthly closing steps in FI, CO, ML, AVR for trading and
refining businesses, calculation of cost of sales, cost of production.

Accounting and Trading reporting including Balance Sheet, P&L, Trading Book, Segment
reporting.

Specific objects and functionality: trading book structure, internal physical deals.

In addition to the specified consulting services, the ABAP development services will be required for each
of the aforementioned areas. General requirement to the ABAP developers:

Have total work experience as ABAP developer of at least 5 years prior to the tender submission
deadline, and with activity in at least nine months in each year;

Have in addition the following specific experience:

o

SAP user-exits, customer exits, BADI, enhancement points;

SAP Dialog programming, ALV Enjoy Controls, Object-Oriented programming, Update

task programming;

SAP Background jobs;

SAP Interactive and Classical Reports;

SAP Code optimization;

SAP Integration with MS Office, smart forms, adobe forms;

SAP ETRM migration programs.

4. Jurisdiction and timeline

The services are expected to be contracted out of one of the LITASCO offices or branches.
We expect the tender to be awarded by 20.01.2015.
5. Price of Services
We would like to receive a fee quote for the services as a fixed quote for hourly or daily services,
excluding taxes. LITASCO will pay for actual time spent to provide services.
