18" October 2014 ‘To whom it may concern: In my role as Leader of Learning Language A at the International School of Ho Chi Minh City, | have worked with Jaimi Litus since August 2024. In the short time | have worked with Jaimi, | have found her to be reliable, professional and conscientious. Jai iis a dedicated, thorough and professional member of the Language A Department. She is well prepared for all her classes and demonstrates knowledge of the subject areas in which she teaches; Language A, MYP and DP and Language B, MYP and DP. Jaimi has a genuine concern for her students and her fellow teachers and this is reflected in the positive relationships she has with colleagues and her pupils, She demonstrates very good classroom management strategies and invariably promotes a safe learning classroom environment for all. Jaimi is the Team Leader for the Language A English Grade 6 Team and she shares the same role for the Grade 10 Team. In those roles she is responsible for facilitating team collaborative planning, resourcing, uploading plans on the school’s virtual learning platform and organising the standardization processes for the grade levels. Last year Jaimi volunteered to undertake training in the school’s virtual learning platform, Firefly. With her knowledge in this area, she has conducted training of Language A Department staff in Firefly use and has worked one on one with teachers when they have needed assistance. Jaimi contributes to the school community through the coaching and facilitating of extracurricular activities such as cross country training, co-advisor for GIN and Model United Nations. In my working relationship with Jaimi, | have found her to be honest, hard working and capable. Jaimi is well able to do anything she sets her mind to and | wish her every success in all her future endeavors.
