1. Cut the straw into a desirable length enough to fit into the edge
of the protractor.
2. Tape the straight at the edge of the protractor.
3. Tape the string the center point along the edge of the protractor
(you will see the intersection of the vertical line and the
horizontal line on the middle).
4. Attach a small weight at the other end of the string.
5. To find the angle of elevation of tall objects, peek at the drinking
straw until you see the top of the object. Let the string be still.
Read the angle measurement.
