Sir:
We would like to inform you that the application for business permits of the said
store were still pending waiting for the sanitary inspection of the Manila City Health
Office.
According to the Office of the Business Permit and Licensing Office of the Manila
City Hall we need to open first the store before the Manila City Health inspector can
conduct the sanitary inspection.
All other requirements for the business permit from the fire department and city
planning had been secured.

Attached also is the photocopies of the Fire Safety Inspection Certificate or FSIC and
