Members need to ensure
that their work and
products do not bring
harm such as death or
injury or ill to the health
of anyone. They need to
responsible for avoiding
damage to environment
or destruction of
products.
Members should not
undertake responsibility
as professional engineer
in which he does not
believe in himself that he
is competent and accept
personal responsibilities
for all the work done by
him or his supervision.
Members shall not make
any public statements as
professional engineers
without the proof of his
qualification and any
association he must have
(which benefits from his
statement) are made
known to the persons or
to whom it is directed.
Members should not
accept compensation in
connection with
professional services
rendered to his employer
or with his employers
consent.
Members shall not
recklessly injure the
professional reputation of
another engineer and
shall not act as a medium
of payment made on his
employers behalf unless
requested to do so.
