Description of how to implement in the class: Students would be asked to listen to the teacher
read aloud the book. They would then be asked to pick out a character in the book that they can easily
identify. They would be given this program and use it to make an organizer of the character and the
different adjectives they would use to describe them. They must give examples of each adjective they
use to describe the character so they are not making up random things. They must have evidence.
This would help them with beginning to understand adjectives but also help them with
comprehension when listening to material. They then would be asked to get in their small groups and
compare their adjectives and why they chose them to describe their character.
Level of Technology Implementation (LoTi): This would be on the lower end of the LoTi scale it
would be considered a 3 because it is using technology but the students dont have much input on
what is happening because it would be considered an introductory lesson plan.
