    Synopsis:
    The information that I have gathered in my three trips to De Beers; to my understanding there is
    an increase of precious stones that have been discovered in North Ontario. The stone that has
    the most attention is the diamond, with a 50% majority. The mines objective isnt to leave the
    impression of a mine but to build a legacy of growing it into a community. With this in mind the
    mine hopes to increase the skill sets and expansion of its business base.
