Solar Panels for Homes

The purpose of this project is to distribute solar panels to all the Mexican population. This will help the citizens to save
money on electrical bills as well as reduce pollution created with other methods of electricity creation. Our project is
expected to start in the next 2 months and its date of completion is expected to be by December, 2015.
People involved in the project:
Mr. James McCain- Project Manager and Company Representative
Sandra Hathaway- Electrical Engineer
Carl Thomas- Distributing Director
Government Officials
Diane Stevens- Coordinator of health and training at headquarters
Distributors
The first step is to have a meeting with government officials and to set sector for the distribution of the solar panels.
These officials are to specify which sector will be first to receive the technology. Another important thing to remember is
that these officials will also keep track of our performance as well as our timing. They have strict deadlines and will not
tolerate any delays for any reason. Every time they find something that does not comply with rules and regulations set by
the Governmental commission, they will fine the company with the amount of $5,000. The people responsible for these
fines will have to pay out of their pockets and if a second time is presented, automatic dismissal will be executed. The
person responsible for this first meeting with government officials is Mr. James McCain, the project manager and
representative of Modern Age Co. It must take place on the 5th of September at the central meeting room of the
governmental offices in Poza Rica, Ver. The day after that, Electrical Engineer, Sandra Hathaway will start bringing the
solar panels as well as all the necessary equipment down to the city to start distributing them. This cannot be done if we
dont have the agreement written and signed with government seal. The recommended date of transportation is a three
day period. Any time after that could cost us a fine.
Following this first stage, we can move on with the next thing to do. We need to have a meeting with the distributing
Director, Mr. Carl Thomas, to look at the first sectors for distribution. It cannot take more than 1 day to decide how to
address this. The meeting for this aspect is set on the 14th October, 2014. On that same date, government officials will
want to take a look at the distribution plan. Contract, agreements and paperwork must be ready and printed out for
revision.
One week later, we need to start hiring distributors as well as give them the proper training. They must be willing to work
Monday to Saturday with Sundays off. The training process will take a week and no more time after that. We need to make
sure that the people working for us have good interpersonal skills and are willing to work under harsh conditions. This is
so because we cannot stop distributing for any given reason.
The distribution period should take 6 months once the week of training has been completed. We cannot start distributing
unless the officials check and revise the paperwork and certifications of the distribution crew. No one person is allowed to
start working without a written and signed revision sheet. The person in charge of this operation and training is Mrs.
Diane Stevens, who is the coordinator and supervisor of health and training at our headquarters.
