Participants medical claims are subject to the discretion of the hosting


company.

Any medical leave taken during the period of training must be supported by a
medical leave certificate from a registered medical practitioner. Failure to do so
will result in a deduction of the monthly allowance.
Participants are entitled to a total of 3 days medical leave throughout the

program, on a case-to-case basis.


Medical leave will be governed by the respective host companys rules and
regulations to which you are assigned.

Participants can only entitle for emergency leave during the


apprenticeship period (evidence needed).
Emergency leave taken must be approved and communicated to
immediate supervisor.
This must be highlighted to the TalentCorp Secretariat for
monitoring purposes. Failure to do this will result in a deduction
of monthly allowance.
