My current eating habits is taking in 1200 calories and i am exerting 850 calories a
day. My RDA of Vitamin A is 900 mcg, and i am getting 9393.8mgc.

My current weight right now is 130 Lbs which i am trying to take off 10 pounds of Fat
and replace with muscle. This is my goal to be healthier and to improve my lifespan and quality
of my life. Some foods that are causing this are overeating and lack of exercise because 80% of
what i eat is certified artificial and 89% of what i eat is good for you. The 10% percent is from
desert rarely.
The changes that i can make to my eating habits eating smaller portions to artificial
foods. One top of that i need to be eating 70% more Vitamin D which i can go outside to reach
this goal. For fitness i could work out more and jog from place to place.I want to lose at least 5
pounds by April , 25 2014.
I can also change up my eating patterns. More fresh foods can help me improve and
losing weight would me more easier to do. Running in the mornings and some time during the
day could help me. Also working out on a daily basis could help me improve.
