    Children are keen observers of the adult world and they are very eager to learn and gain a larger control over making their ideas and actions understood. For children to follow a pattern or diagram to accomplish something is very challenging and satisfying for children. As teachers and caregivers it is our goal to enable children to become selfdirected, cooperative learns to help sharpen their listening and observation skills.
