McDermott Scholars Generou s Merit-Based Award at UT Dallas

The Eugene McDermott Scholars Program at The University of Texas at Dallas is one of the
nation's most generous and selective undergraduate merit awards.
Valued at more than $240,000 (out-of-state) or $150,000 (in-state), the program includes
tuition, stipends, and support for study abroad and professional development.
McDermott Scholars have:
Interned at Google, Amazon, JP Morgan, the U.S. Supreme Court, NPR, the National
Institutes of Health and CERN.
Pursued graduate work at Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford, Johns Hopkins, and
Cambridge.
Won Fulbright, Goldwater, Udall and Gates-Cambridge scholarships, as well as
National Science Foundation Fellowships.
Worked at Microsoft, McKinsey & Co., Texas Instruments, the White House, the United
Nations, NASA, the Cleveland Clinic and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
