MACHINE
DESCRIPTION
S20W series alternators
are single-phase brushless units. Their operating is highly reliable.
These units do not require maintenance since
they do not have slip
rings nor slipping contacts. S20W alternators
are made in compliance
with the 2006/42,
2006/95, 2004/108 directives and their amendments, and the EN
60034-1, CEI 2-3,
IEC34-1, VDE 0530, BS
4999-5000, N.F. 51.111
regulations.
The end brackets are
diecast in high resistance
alluminum alloy, the shaft
is in C45 steel and is fitted
with a keyed fan. The
mechanical protection level meets standard IP21
(upon request higher levels of protection can be

Ubereinstimmung mit

und deren entsprechenden nderungen, en und
den Normen EN 600341, CEI 2-3, IEC 34-1,
VDE 0530, BS 49995000, N.F. 51.111. Die
Deckel sind aus einem
sehr widerstandsfhigen
Aluminiumdruckgu angefertigt, die Welle aus
C45-Stahl mit aufgezogenem Lftterrad. Die
Schutzklasse ist IP21
(auf Anfrage kann auch
eine hohere Schutzklasse realisiert werden).
Die Isolierung entspricht
der Klasse H, und die
Wicklungen sind mit
Epoxidharz imprgniert.
Die Serrienproduktion
entspricht der Bestimmung VDE 0875, Grad
N und den wesentlichen Sicherheitsanforderungender europischen
Richtilinie hinsichtlich
