ORDER:
Under Rule 15(C) of A.P.General Provident Fund Rules, Sri Mohd
Osman, Roneo Operator, Irrigation & CAD Department is hereby sanctioned
part-final withdrawal of Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only)
from the G.P.F. Account No. 6641/GA so as to enable him to meet the
medical expenses in connection with the prolonged illness of his dependent
wife as a special case.
2.
The amount of part-final withdrawal sanctioned in para-1 above shall
be paid in one lumpsum to the subscriber. A copy of the application is
appended to this order.
