ORDER:

Under Rule 15 (C) of G.P.F. Rules, sanction is hereby accorded to G.P.F. part
final withdrawal for an amount of Rs.1,40,000/-(Rupees One lakh Forty thousand
only) to Sri A.Satyanarayana, Roneo Operator, Agriculture & Cooperation
Department from his G.P.F.A/c.No.02500104/GA (PAO), so as to enable him to
meet the medical expenses towards his wife’s treatment as a special case.

2. The Agriculture & Cooperation (OP.Claims) Department are requested to

draw and disburse the amount sanctioned in para (1) above to the individual
concerned.

3. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance Dept. as per
orders/rules in force on the subject matter.
