O R D E R:
In the reference 1st read above, the Commissioner of Agriculture, T.S.,
Hyderabad has submitted medical bills for sanction of balance admissible
amount of Rs. 1,44,584/- in respect of Sri G.Sukh Jeevan Reddy,
DDA(Retd.,) O/o. JDA Mahabubnagar District incurred towards his wife’s
treatment for “Carcinoma Left Buccal Mucosa” during the period from
15.12.2020 to 09.01.2021 at Soumya Multi Speciality Hospital,
Secunderabad, in relaxation of TSIMA Rules.
2. Government after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord
permission to sanction balance admissible amount of Rs. 1,44,584/-
(Rupees
one lakh forty four thousand five hundred and eighty four only) in respect
of
Sri G.Sukh Jeevan Reddy, DDA(Retd.,) O/o. JDA Mahabubnagar District
incurred towards his wife’s treatment for “Carcinoma Left Buccal Mucosa”
during the period from 15.12.2020 to 09.01.2021 at Soumya Multi
Speciality
Hospital, Karkhana, Secunderabad, in relaxation of TSIMA Rules .
3. The Director of Agriculture, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take further
necessary action accordingly.
4. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (EBS-V) Dept.,
vide their U.O.No.2064839/465/A1/EBS-V M&H/2023, Dt:19.08.2023.
