ORDER:
Whereas, in the Meetings held on 06.02.202 1 and 20.04.2021 by the
Managements of respective TS Power Utilities with the representatives of Telangana
Electricity Employees 1104 Union; Telangana Raastra Vidyuth Karmika Sangam
(TRVKS); and Telangana State Power Employees Union 1535; at Vidyut Soudha,
Hyderabad, certain grievances were mutually agreed to.

2. After careful consideration, the TSTRANSCO issue the following orders:

i. to pay D.A & H.R.A on the "Personal Pay of the Artisans from Grade-I to
Grade-IV with effect from 01-05-2021, imiting to the personal pay Grade-wise
indicated in T.O.O. (Jt.Secy Per) Ms.No.463.Date: 22-10-2019, irrespective of
their place of working and personal pay now drawing.
i. to pay T.A & D.A to the Artisans who are performing field duties, as per their
eligibility (Basic Pay) for official tourss
ii. to grant Annual Grade Increment to all the Artisans with effect from
01-09-2020 instead of 01-10-2020;
iv. To open the Service Registers of all Artisans, immediately, wherever they are
not opened, on priority.
v. to felicitate all the Artisans with "Memento" and "Shawl" on their retirement on
attaining the age of superannuation on par with other employees;
vi. To grant shift Allowance and to provide duty dress/helmet to the employees
vorking on deputation in TSTRANSCO from TSGENCO.

3. The Functional Heads of Corporate Office and Chief Engineers/Zones and Pay
Drawing Officers are hereby directed to take necessary action as ordered in para-2
above and by following the instructions mentioned below scrupulously.

a) Payment of Dearness Allowance on Personal Pay in respect of the Artisans

attract EPF. As such, the EPF contributions (both on Employee & Employer)
would be effected accordingly duly restricting the maximum ceiling of total
wages (Pay+DA+DA on Personal Pay) to Rs. 15000/- per month.

b) In respect of Artisans Gr-IV (Gross salary is crossing Rs.21000/- and above as

per the ESI Act) the ESI contribution shall be recovered and remitted to ESI
authorities accordingly till 30.09.2021. Thereafter, the said Artisans Grade-IV
will exit from ESI purview and fall under Self Funding Medical Scheme of the
Company on par with Artisans Grade-I to Artisans Grade-lll.

c) After inclusion of Artisans Grade-IV under SFMs, the SFMS contribution
@Rs.500/- per month shall be recovered from October 2021 salary paid ina

November, 2021 salary onwards.

d) The detailed working sheet for DA & HRA on Personal Pay is annexed to this
orders.
3. These orders shall come into forcc with effect from 01.05.2021.

. Thesc orders are issucd with the concurrence of the JMD (Finance, Comml.,
&HRD) vide Regd.No.2163, dt.24.05.2021.
