ABSTRACT
TSTransco – Medical – Applying/Implementation of EHS tariff of State Govt. of
Telangana to the Employees/Pensioners/Family Pensioners/eligible Artisans &
their dependents while issuing Credit Letters and settlement of Credit Bills for
the medical treatment taken by them in the Empanelled Hospitals of TS
Transco (enlisted in the EHS) for specified diseases – Orders - Issued.

ORDER:

In the reference 3rd cited above, orders were issued for implementation of
CGHS 2014 tariff for reimbursement of medical bills and for issue of credit
letters for the treatment of Employees/Pensioners/Family Pensioners/eligible
Artisans & their dependents.

2. After careful examination, orders are hereby issued for

Applying/Implementation of EHS Tariff of Govt. of Telangana to the
Employees/Pensioners/Family Pensioners/eligible Artisans & their dependents
while issuing Credit Letters and settlement of Credit Bills against the Credit
Letters issued to Hospitals for the medical treatment taken by them in the
existing empanelled Hospitals of TSTransco (enlisted in EHS) as mentioned in
the Annexure-I to VI appended to G.O Ms.No.97, dt. 07-06-2017 for In-Patient
treatment in the Non-NABH & NABH Hospitals and NABH Super Speciality
Hospitals empanelled by TSTRANSCO for treatments specified in the EHS.

3. The tariff listed at Annexure-I&II appended to G.O Ms.No.97,

dt. 07-06-2017 shall be followed for medical management and surgical
procedures for NABH & Non-NABH Hospitals.

4. The tariff listed at Annexure-III to VI appended to G.O Ms.No.97,

dt. 07-06-2017 shall be followed for medical management and surgical
procedures and unbundling medical procedures for NABH Super Speciality
Hospitals.

5. The eligible rates for Accommodation/Hospital room rent for Class-IV

employees and Non-Gazetted employees shall be considered as Semi-private
and for Gazetted Officers i.e., Class-II & Class-I and above shall be considered
as Private.

6. For the Employees/Pensioners/ eligible Artisans applying for credit letter

for treatment in NIMS Hospital and reimbursement of medical bills for
treatment taken in NIMS Hospital, the existing NIMS tariff shall be
applied/followed.

7. The existing CGHS 2014 tariff shall be applied to the Employees/

Pensioners/Family Pensioners/eligible Artisans and their dependents in case of
reimbursement of medical bills as per the procedure in vogue.

8. The Employees/Pensioners/Family Pensioners/ eligible Artisans and

their dependents taking treatment on credit basis in the Hospitals empanelled
by TSTRANSCO which are also listed in EHS and in case the disease is not
listed in EHS, then the medical credit letter shall be issued as per CGHS 2014
Tariff.

9. The EHS tariff, list of Hospitals empanelled and other conditions, if any,
shall be followed as per the orders of State Government and also orders being
issued from time to time. The EHS website is www.ehf.telangana.gov.in for
NABH and Non-NABH Hospitals.

10. This order shall come into force from the date of issue of the order.

11. The other orders relating to the existing medical scheme issued from time
to time shall remain holds good.

12. The Chief Engineer (IT) is directed to develop the said tariff in SAP
Programming accordingly.

13. This order issues with the concurrence of Joint Managing Director (Fin.
Comml, & HRD) vide Regd. No.587, dt. 04-02-2020.
