ln order to improve the work efficiency and regulate appointment by transfer of
in-service employees to higher posts upon acquiring requisite qualiflcations, it is felt
necessary to prescribe_ a screening test to the lower cadre employees for appointment by
transfer to the post of Sub-Engineer.

2. After careful examination, the Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana

Limited hereby directs that the in-service employees shall be considere'd for appointilent
by transfer to the post of Sub-Engineer only after passing "The Screening Test'to the post
of Sub-Engineer" to be conducted by the department. -

3. These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.

4. The Chief General Manager (HRD)/TSNPDCLAffarangat and alt the

5. Necessary amendments to the Service Regulations will be issued separately.
