O R D E R:

In the reference 6th cited, the Director, Saveera Institute of

Medical Sciences Pvt Ltd (KIMS-Saveera Hospital), 1-1348, Srinagar Colony
Extension, Opposite to Sakshi office, Rudrampeta, Anantapuramu has
preferred credit medical bill amounting to Rs.70,000/- (Rupees Seventy
thousand only) towards the medical treatment extended to Sri S.
Narayana Naik F/o Sri S. Suresh Babu, DEE (ID No. 1071838), O/o.SE/O&M
Circle/APTRANSCO/Anantapuramu as inpatient for the period from 02-09-
2023 to 06-09-2023.

2. After careful examination, as per delegation of powers ordered in

TOO.Ms.No.301, dt.31.3.2009, sanction is hereby accorded for an amount
of Rs.69,634/- (Rupees Sixty nine thousand, six hundred and thirty four
only) for reimbursement of medical charges under Medical Regulations 4
(f) & 9(2) of APSE Board as adopted by APTRANSCO to Saveera Institute of
Medical Sciences Pvt Ltd (KIMS-Saveera Hospital), 1-1348, Srinagar Colony
Extension, Opposite to Sakshi office, Rudrampeta, Anantapuramu in full
and final settlement of credit bill towards the medical charges mentioned
in para 1 above, duly deducting an amount of Rs.366/- towards excess
amount claimed by Saveera Institute of Medical Sciences Pvt Ltd (KIMS-
Saveera Hospital), Anantapuramu over and above the CGHS rates.

3. The Accounts Officer/CPR/APTRANSCO/Vidyut Soudha/Vijayawada is

authorized to arrange payment for an amount of Rs.69,634/- (Rupees Sixty
nine thousand, six hundred and thirty four only) to Saveera Institute of
Medical Sciences Pvt Ltd (KIMS-Saveera Hospital), 1-1348, Srinagar Colony
Extension, Opposite to Sakshi office, Rudrampeta, Anantapuramu against
their credit bill under intimation to the Additional Secretary, APTRANSCO,
Vidyut Soudha, Vijayawada. The medical expenditure is booked
under general ceiling and the amount is chargeable to account
No.7561100000.

4. An amount of Rs.68,234/- is sanctioned to Sri S.Suresh Babu, DEE

(ID No.1071838), O/o.SE/O&M Circle/APTRANSCO/Anantapuramu against
the above medical credit bill. A sum of Rs.1,400/- is recoverable from the
Employee against the above credit medical bill. The Superintending
Engineer/O&M Circle/ APTRANSCO/Anantapuramu is authorized to recover
the amount accordingly from the employee towards the cost of
inadmissible items and intimate the same with C.B. voucher number to the
Additional Secretary, A.P.Transco., within a month from the date of
recovery from the salary of the concerned, failing which disciplinary action
will be initiated against the concerned Pay Drawing Officer.

5. This order is issued with the concurrence of Joint Managing

Director (HR & Admin)/APTransco at e-Note # 12 vide e-file No.1773830 on
06.02.2024.

6. This is registered as sanction No. 01 /MR/2024, dt. 09/02/2024
