ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Horticulture, Hyderabad in the
reference 1st read above and after careful examination of the proposal,
Government
hereby accord sanction for an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one Lakh only)
towards
reimbursement of Net/Ceiling admissible medical expenses incurred by Smt. B.
Manga,
Horticulture Officer, O/o. Deputy Director of Horticulture, Government Gardens,
Hyderabad towards treatment of herself for “Emergency LSCS due to severe
oligohydramnios” during the period from 17.10.2017 to 21.10.2017 at Vijaya
Marie
Hospital, Saifabad, Hyderabad (Un-recognized Hospital) as recommended by the
Standing Committee in the reference 2nd read above, in relaxation of TSIMA
Rules, 1972.
2. The Director of Horticulture, Hyderabad shall take further necessary action,
accordingly.
3. This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (EBS.V) Department,
vide
Fin. U.O.No. 1753237/963/A1/EBS-V M&H/2022, dated: 28.01.2023.
