ORDER:

In the reference 1st read above, Government issued orders approving the MOU to
be entered by the Government with the Gujarat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation
Limited (G.C.M.M.F Ltd) for revival of Milk Cooperatives in the Andhra Pradesh State.

2. In the reference 2nd read above, the MD, APDDCF, Mangalagiri, while stating the
liabilities of PMPCL along with other issues, has requested the Government to sanction
an amount of Rs.109.00 Cr., as one time grant to PMPCL through APDDCF, in the
larger interest of Women Farming Community of the Prakasam District.

3. The Government after careful examination of the above proposal, hereby

sanction the financial assistance of Rs. 69.00 Cr as loan to the Prakasam Milk
Producers Company Limited (PMPCL) through Andhra Pradesh Dairy Development
Cooperative Federation Limited (APDDCF Ltd.,) in the larger interest of Women Farming
Community of the Prakasam District, subject to condition that the loan already extended
by the Government of Rs.60 Cr (i.e., Rs. 40 Cr and Rs. 20 Cr loan given recently) can’t
be written off.

4. The Managing Director, APDDCF Ltd., Mangalagiri, shall take further necessary
action in the matter accordingly.

5. This orders issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-AC-CSAHDF)

Dept., vide their U.O No. FIN01-.FMU0PC(AHDF)/14/2020-FMU-ACGO CS-AH,
Computer No: 1299295, dt:09.02.2021.
