REQUEST FOR SELECTED EMPANELED FIRMS

RE: SELECTION OF A CONSULTANT FOR DETAILED PROJECT REPORT (DPR)
AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY (PMC) FOR STRENGTHENING
OF AGRICULTURE MECHANIZATION SERVICE CENTERS (AMSECS) IN GHANA.

The Government of the Republic of Ghana has received a Line of Credit from the Export-Import
Bank of India (Exim Bank) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this Credit to cover
eligible payments under the contract for the appointment of a Consultant for Detailed Project
Report (DPR) and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for Strengthening of
Agriculture Mechanization Service Centers (AMSECS) in Ghana.

The Ministry of Food & Agriculture on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Ghana
now invites Indian Consulting firms to submit their Proposals f o r Detailed Project Report
(DPR) and Project Management (PMC) for the project.
The Project is On the top most priority of the Country. In view of this matter of urgency, we
wish to request Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) for no objection, to invite the
following Empanneled firms (for DPR and PMC) to submit proposal:
