1. General Information
Mehsana District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited, Mehsana (MDCMPU Ltd.)
popularly known as Dudhsagar Dairy, (located at Mehsana in Gujarat) is one of the largest
Co-operative Dairy in India. MDCMPU Ltd was established in 1960 with the noble intention of
ensuring a fair return to the milk producers. It is a district level apex body of milk cooperative
societies in Mehsana & Patan District which aims to provide remunerative returns to milk
producers’ and also to serve the interest of consumers by providing quality and safe milk and
milk products which give good value for money. It is having eights dairies, two milk chilling
centres, two cattle feed plants, semen collection plant and one Dairy Science College. Various
products manufactured are milk in milk pouches, Dahi, Buttemilk, Ghee, Table Butter, Milk
Powder, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Ice Cream, Flavoured milk and long shelf life (UHT) milk.
It is selling almost all milk and milk products in India and abroad under the brand name of
Amul and Sagar and having total turnover of around Rs 5944/- crores (FY 2019-20) with its
broad base of more than 10 lakh farmer members in Gujarat, Rajasthan and Haryana states.

The Lab should be NABL, BIS, EIA & FSSAI approved and service provider has to submit
authentic docs.(i.e licenses, NABL approved scope etc.) for the same.
The vendor which are blacklisted by our organization or any other dairy in GCMMF or by
NDDB are not eligible to bid otherwise, bid will not be accepted and EMD may be forfeited.
Even order issued to such bidder may get cancelled.

The Tender Fee and EMD Amount should be paid by NEFT/RTGS/IMPS to Mehsana
District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited in the bank account mentioned
below.
Or Demand Draft in the name of Mehsana District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union
Limited payable at Mehsana.
ANY OTHER MODE OF PAYMENT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE

Tender fee (non-refundable) and EMD (refundable) amount is mentioned in 1.1. Notice
Inviting Tender.
After Paying the amount by NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Demand Draft details of the same
should be attached with other documents.
The security deposit /EMD will be interest free.
Note: Bidder must submit all supporting documents of Tender bid with proper Paging
and indexation at beginning. Our Tender document should be submitted in hard copy
duly signed and sealed each page at first and page no. of supporting documents
should start then e.g. If our tender document is of total 15 pages, then page no. of
your supporting document should start from page no.16. Page no. of respective
supporting document must be mentioned in Checklist’s last column for proper

1. The validity of this Proposed Annual rate contract will be from 01.09.2021 to 31.08.2022
or 1 year from new agreement commencement date , which may be extended further only
after mutual agreement.
2. The Purchaser may terminate the contract anytime with one month of notice period.
3. The service must confirm to our specifications in all respects. The service not conforming to
our specifications will be rejected at your cost and risk. During proposed ARC , in case of
any rejection due to inferior quality, you will have to replace the same on priority basis,
without extra charges.
4. Payment terms: 100% payment terms will be within 15 days after receipt of invoice at our
ordered destination as well as quality inspection approval by our respective user section.
5. Final contract can be issued to one or more bidders on the basis of category or location.
