ORDER :

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. ,

Guntur in the letter 1st read above and in pursuance of the Budget Release
Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read above , Government after careful examination
of the matter , hereby accord Administrative sanction to the Commissioner of
Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur for an amount of Rs.13,32,000 /-(Rupees Thirteen
Lakh Thirty Two Thousand only ) as additional funds in relaxation of treasury
control and quarterly regulation orders pending provision of funds by obtaining
supplementary grants at an

time towards clearing pending

payments during the C.F.Y. 2022-2023 .

2. The amount sanctioned in para -1 above shall be debited to the Head of
Account mentioned in the Budget Release Order issued in the G.O. 2nd read
above .

3. The Commissioner of Horticulture , A.P. , Guntur shall take further

necessary action accordingly in the matter .

4 . This order issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU.A & C ,
AHDD & F ,CS ) Department vide their Fin.U.O.No:FINO1-FMUOBES(AC)/9/2022
