ORDER :

In the reference first read above , Government has issued orders by

appointing the A.P. MARKFED , Vijayawada as the nodal agency for

procurement of Jowar Hybrid (preferred for human consumption ) 25,000
MT in Nandyal , Kurnool and SPSR Nellore Districts for the Rabi 2021-22
season with effect from 10.06.2022 to 10.07.2022 under Minimum
Support Price (MSP ).

2. In the reference second read above , the Managing Director , A.P.

MARKFED , Vijayawada has informed that the District Manager , Nandyala
has requested to extend the procurement period up to 07.08.2022 . The
M.D. , A.P.MARKFED , Vijayawada has requested the Government to
enhance the Procurement period by considering the hardship of Jowar
farmers in the Nandyala District and to ensure MSP for their produce .

3. Government after careful examination of the proposal of the

Managing Director , A.P. MARKFED , Vijayawada hereby extend the

procurement period up to 31.07.2022 .

4 . The Managing Director , AP MARKFED , Vijayawada shall take
necessary action for implementing theses amended guidelines and to
implement the remaining guidelines as mentioned in the reference 1st
read above .
