AMENDMENT TO THE ANDHRA PRADESH INTEGRATED MEDICAL ATTENDANCE

RULES , 1972 .

[G.O.Ms.No.202 , Health Medical and Family Welfare (1.1 ), 5th August ,2022. ]

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the

Constitution of India and of all other powers hereunto enabling , the Governor of
Andhra Pradesh hereby makes the following amendment to the Andhra Pradesh
Integrated Medical Attendance Rules , 1972 issued in G.O.Ps.No.685 , Health .,
Dated :06.04.1972 and as subsequently amended from time to time .

AMENDMENT
In the said rules , in Rule 7 ,

i. In clause (a ), for the words and expression "an adopted son ", the
words and expression "all legally adopted children " shall be
substituted .
ii. In clause (b ), between the words "children " and "residing with ", the
words and expression "including all legally adopted children " shall be
inserted .

The Director of Medical Education , Andhra Pradesh , Vijayawada / The Chief

Executive Officer , Dr. YSR Aarogyasri Health Care Trust , AP , Mangalagiri , Guntur
District shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly .
