Notification for exemption of Chapter II and III

On the requisition filed by the Special Chief Secretary , MA & UD Dept. , Govt .of A.P. ,

in the Form A (1), in accordance with the provisions contained in Sec 10 (A ) of the

Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition , Rehabilitation and

Resettlement Act ,2013 in its application to Guntur District ,the Government hereby in

the public interest exempt "Strengthening of inspection Path of Right Bank of

River Krishna Project in Guntur District " from the application of provisions of the

Chapter -II & Chapter -III of the Act . It is also certified that all the efforts have been

made in finalizing the minimum extent of land required for the above said Project .
