ABSTRACT

Water Resources Department –Acquisition of land to an extent of Ac.32.53 cents

in Sy.Nos.1983/A1, 1981/1 etc., in Nandimandalam Village of Pendlimarri
Mandal, YSR Kadapa District proposed for acquisition for excavation of GNSS
Main Canal from 62.890Km to 63.810 including construction of CM & CD works
under Phase-II in Package-I of GNSS Project - Consent Award with a package of
lumpsum amount @ Rs.5,50,000/- per acre for Dry lands and @ Rs.9,00,000/-
per acre for the Irrigated lands which includes Market value, Solatium, Addl.
Market Value in accordance with the guidelines issued in G.O.Ms.No.262,
Revenue (LA) Department, dated: 13.07.2015 – Permission accorded- Orders –
Issued.

Read the following:-

Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 (No.30 of 2013).

ORDER:

In the circumstances reported in the letter 5th read above, Government

after careful examination of the proposal, hereby accord permission to the
Collector, YSR Kadapa District to pass ‘Consent Award’ with a package of
lumpsum amount @ Rs.5,50,000/- per acre for Dry lands and @ Rs.9,00,000/-
per acre for the Irrigated lands which includes Market value, Solatium, Addl.
Market Value, for the lands to an extent of Ac.32.53 cents in Sy.Nos.1983/A1,
1981/1 etc., in Nandimandalam Village of Pendlimarri Mandal, YSR Kadapa
District proposed for acquisition for excavation of GNSS Main Canal from
62.890Km to 63.810 including construction of CM & CD works under Phase-II in
Package-I of GNSS Project, adding the value of Bore well, structures and trees
as determined by the acquisition department, Forest and Horticulture
Departments at the time of Award, subject to the following conditions:-

i. To verify the calculations of payable compensation thoroughly once

again before passing of Award and depositing of compensation to
the accounts of legitimate land losers/owners with reference to
actual extent of acquisition of land as per requirement, to avoid
excess and double payment.

ii. There would be no reference u/s. 64 of the A.P. Right to Fair

Compensation and Transparency in L.A. and R&R Act, 2013 having
accepted the rate with consent.

2. The Collector, YSR Kadapa District shall take further follow-up action as
per the guidelines stipulated in the references 2nd and 3rd read above.
