ORDER:

In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation and

Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur in the reference
read above, Government after careful examination here by exempt the
Tirupathi Cooperative Bank Limited, Tirupati, Chittoor District for onetime
from the provisions of Rule 23 of the APCS Rules by virtue of the powers vested
under Section 123 of the APCS Act, 1964.

2. The Commissioner for Cooperation & Registrar of Cooperative Societies,

Andhra Pradesh, Guntur shall take necessary action accordingly.
