    (ANDHRA PRADESH ACT. No. 16 OF 2023) - NOTIFICATION UNDER
    SUB-SECTION (2) OF SECTION 1 OF THE SAID ACT - TO BRING THE SAID ACT
    INTO FORCE.

    NOTIFICATION

    In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 1 of the


    Andhra Pradesh Lokayukta (Amendment) Act, 2023 (Andhra Pradesh Act. No. 16
    of 2023), the Government of Andhra Pradesh hereby appoint the 27th of April, 2023
    as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
