NOTIFICATION

Whereas in the reference 1st read above , orders were issued appointing

the Special Officers for certain ULBs including B.Kothakota Nagar Panchayat .
In the reference 2nd read above , the Commissioner & Director of Municipal
Administration , A.P. , Vaddeswaram has requested the Government to appoint

the Municipal Commissioner , Punganur Municipality as Special Officer to

B.Kothakota Nagar Panchayat instead of Municipal Commissioner , Rayachoty

on administrative grounds .

2. Therefore , the Government after careful examination hereby appoint the

Municipal Commissioner , Punganur Municipality as Special Officer to
B.Kothakota Nagar Panchayat instead of Municipal Commissioner , Rayachoty
on administrative grounds .

3. The Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration , A.P. ,

Vaddeswaram , Guntur District is requested
requested to take necessary action
accordingly .
