been expired on 07.12.2021.

The insurance policy revealed up to 07.12.2022 with an amount of

Rs.9, 593/- (Rupees nine thousand five hundred and ninety three only) through
M/s. The New India Assurance Co Ltd, Vijayawada.

In view of the above permission may be ratified for above work and draft
sanction order for Rs.9, 593/- is put up for approval please.

Sanction is hereby accorded to incur an amount of Rs.9, 593/- (Rupees

cited is here with enclosed duly certified by the Junior Engineer (DM), MPF,

Vijayawada.

requested to admit the above bill, amount will be paid to Sri P. Praveen Kumar,
